Terms and conditions

This website describes our services and lets you request a quote. Please use it for that purpose only.

If you create an account, keep your password private; the account shows only orders linked to it.

A quote request is not a contract. Sending the form does not commit you or us to anything.

We quote a price for each request, based on your documents.

A booking reserves a 30-minute time at our office. It is not an order and does not commit you to anything.

You can cancel online with your reference code until 60 minutes before the visit. After that, please message us.

We may need to move or cancel a booking, for example if the office has to close. If so, we contact you on the number you gave.

We cannot guarantee that an authority, embassy or institution will accept a translation.

Requirements change. Please confirm them with the authority before you order.

Verification confirms that Legal Translation Centre issued a translation with this code. It does not by itself confirm that any authority will accept the document.

We may withdraw a code, for example if it was issued in error. A withdrawn code is shown as withdrawn on our Verify page.

By sending us a document, you confirm that it is genuine and that you are allowed to share it with us.

You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or Word (DOCX) files of up to 10 MB each, up to 10 at a time. Please send larger files, or other types, on WhatsApp.

Files are checked for their type, not scanned for viruses. Please send only the documents we need for your order.

You can receive your translation in one of three ways:

• collect it from our office
• by courier or home delivery
• as a PDF by email
