Parties. The employer and the employee, with the company's registered name and address.
Position and duties. The job title and the listed duties, worded as in the original.
Pay and benefits. Salary, currency, allowances and benefits, copied figure by figure.
Term and notice. Start date, probation, length of the contract and notice period, as stated.
Clauses and signatures. Every numbered clause, and the names, positions and stamps of those who signed.
