English to Urdu translation in Islamabad
Courts, offices and families in Pakistan often need an English document in Urdu: a foreign judgment for a local case, a contract for a party who reads only Urdu, or a certificate for a relative. We translate into clear, formal Urdu written from right to left, and we keep names and numbers exactly as you give them.
Documents we translate for Urdu
English to Urdu work often supports a matter in Pakistan, so court orders, affidavits and property papers come up alongside identity and family records.
Good to know
- Urdu is written from right to left in the Nastaliq style of the Arabic script. One name can be spelt in English in more than one way, such as Muhammad or Mohammad, so send us the spelling used in your passport.
- Many Pakistani forms, such as NADRA records and court papers, mix printed English headings with typed or handwritten Urdu entries. Tell us who will read the translation, so we know what they expect to see.
- Handwritten entries, stamps and signatures on older Urdu documents can be hard to read in a phone photo. A clear scan of every page, including the back, helps us read each word correctly.
- Names written in English can be spelt in Urdu in more than one way. If a person already has an Urdu spelling on a CNIC or another record, send it to us so the translation matches it.

Questions and answers
Who usually needs an English document translated into Urdu?
People with a matter in Pakistan: a family using a foreign court order in a local case, a business sharing an agreement with someone who reads Urdu, or relatives who need to understand a certificate from abroad. Tell us who will read the Urdu, and we will write for that reader.
Will the Urdu translation keep English names and numbers?
Names are written in Urdu script, and we follow any Urdu spelling you already use, for example on a CNIC. Numbers such as dates, amounts and case numbers are copied exactly. If a reader also needs the English spelling beside a name, tell us when you ask for a quote.
What kind of Urdu do you use for legal documents?
Formal, standard Urdu, with the terms courts and offices in Pakistan expect to read. Some legal words have an accepted Urdu form, and others are usually kept in English. If your lawyer prefers particular terms, send them with your document and we will follow them.
Can I send an English document online for Urdu translation?
Yes. Send a clear copy through the quote form or on WhatsApp, and we will reply with what the translation involves. You can collect the finished Urdu translation from our office, receive it by courier, or get a PDF by email.
